I ove godine općina Sibinj se uključila u provedbi Programa za poticanje mjera zapošljavanja dugotrajno nezaposlenih osoba, a sve u suradnji sa Hrvatskim zavodom za zapošljavanje te su nam odobrena dva programa i to: program „Pomoć u kući“ na kojem će raditi 10 osoba i program „Revitalizacija javnih površina“ na kojem će raditi 4 osobe.
Mjere su to nacionalnog plana zapošljavanja kojom ćemo nastojati pomoći stanovnicima općine pružajući im priliku za rad na općem napretku, pomaganju starijim i nemoćnima, osobama treće životne dobi kao i uređenju prilika na području naše općine.
Naime, općina Sibinj će uskoro početi provoditi Program „POMOĆ U KUĆI“ koji će omogućiti onima koji žive sami svakodnevnu pomoć u uobičajenim dnevnim poslovima.
U program će biti uključeno 10 gerontodomaćica koje će svakodnevno obilaziti potrebite.
